The Sotiby service

Once an organisation has been created on the platform, its customers' data (calls, transcripts, customer records) is processed in line with law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the CNDP.

To deliver the service we rely on the following technical providers: Telnyx for telephony, Google Cloud for speech recognition and speech synthesis, OpenAI to generate the agent's replies, and Amazon Web Services and Supabase for infrastructure and the database.
